Master Student Researcher in the Oceanography Team at the Department of Oceanography and Fisheries, Faculty of Sciences and Technologies at the University of the Azores (DOP/FCT-UAc), with background in Marine Biology (University of Algarve). Currently awaiting the public defence of my Master’s thesis entitled "Detection and characterisation of Meddies structures in the Azores using oceanographic in situ and satellite data". Member of the Institute of Marine Sciences - IICMar - OKEANOS from the University of the Azores. Experience in scientific seminars, biological, physical, and chemical sampling, and analysis techniques in the field of Oceanography. Aiming to pursue a research career in the field of Physical Oceanography.
